Contract Information
The General Sullivan Bridge (GSB) project is programmed as contract 11238S as part of the overall Newington-Dover mega project along the Spaulding Turnpike that extends from Exit 1 to the Dover toll plaza, just north of Exit 6. The GSB project will improve access and function for pedestrians, bicyclists, and other recreational users. This is the final construction contract for the Newington-Dover project.
